Playing with glasses is possible. However, due to the limited space between the eyes and the VR lenses of the headsets, we rather recommend contact lenses.

Motion sickness or “kinetosis” (nausea caused by VR games) does not occur with us. It occurs if you move in virtual reality, but your body does not move at the same time. When playing Free roam VR, your movement in virtual reality means actual physical movement, so kinetosis cannot occur.

No. We have safety mechanisms in the game and a Game Master who will prevent this. If you pay attention to them and follow all the instructions, you will remain completely safe.

Yes, you will have access to a private event room with accompanying activities. It is designed for hosting birthday parties, bechelor or bachellorete parties , team-building events, and other corporate events.

We recommend ages 8 and up, but it ultimately depends on your discretion. The recommended age can be found for each game. For players under the age of 12, a legal guardian must attend the event, or you can request a consent form template from us.

Yes, changing the game is possible, but only if you have a private slot or if no other players join your session. 

If the slot is shared and other reservations already exist, the game cannot be changed as all players’ choices must be respected.

Yes, it is possible to come without an online reservation, but please note that we cannot guarantee an available timeslot. It’s possible that all games may be fully booked at that time. We recommend booking in advance to ensure you get to play at your preferred time.

Reservations are made online.
If you own our club membership card, you make your reservation by phone.
If you need to change the date, you can do so no later than 3 days in advance (72 hours) – by phone or email.
The same rule applies to cancellations.

Before making any decision, please contact us, preferably by email or by phone.

✔ 24–72 hours before: One free reschedule, 50 % credit if canceled.
