How it works – step by step
- Send an inquiry
Send us your idea via our website or email – include the number of people, date, and type of event. We’ll get back to you with a package proposal and options for additional services (event room, catering, drinks, etc.). - Plan the details
Together we’ll choose the right time, game scenarios, and any extras. If needed, we’ll prepare a proforma invoice. We’ll fine-tune everything to match your needs. - Arrival
On the day of the event, arrive at our arena about 10 minutes early so your team has time to get ready. - Briefing & equipment
A short rules overview, gear distribution, and a few survival tips – whether you’re heading into space or fighting zombies. No complicated training – in just a few minutes, you’re ready for action. - The game
In teams of up to eight players, you move freely around the arena, communicate, and solve tasks together. The game session lasts around 30 minutes, depending on the scenario. - Afterparty in the event room
After the game, relax in our event room – comfy sofas, foosball, arcade games, and space for refreshments. It’s the perfect chance to discuss the experience and continue team bonding in a casual setting.
